The Role

Elements of this role are confidential and will be shared with the right candidate only during the interview process.

This is an in office operations role in North Goa. You will spend your days inside the terminal and airside areas, working directly with airport department heads to understand the workflow, working with MIA (Manohar International Airport) leadership and marketing team to deploy and run 15+ voice-driven operational use cases. You will witness how a modern international airport actually runs — terminal, airside, operations control — at a depth almost no one outside aviation ever does and help in AI transformation.

You own delivery alongwith designated GMR Group lead. It is not just a desk job. You will be the person who walks the terminal and work with the GMR team to enable voicebox , the person who trains staff,



documents and the person who reports progress directly to Voicebox's founders in the USA.

What you will Do

1. Project manage implementation of Voicebox use cases across terminal, airside, and AOCC operations, against a phased 45/90/120-day rollout plan jointly with the designated program lead from MIA (Manohar International Airport)
2. Build daily working relationships with the voicebox program leader from MIA, operations, P&E;, safety, and concessionaire teams.
3. Stakeholder management, customer orientation and relationship skills
4. Train airport staff on voice reporting workflows and document the same
5. Coordinate technical integrations with our US engineering and product teams
6. Track phase milestones, document use case performance, and prepare progress reports for airport leadership and Voicebox
7. Capture operational learnings that shape our playbook for future airport deployments

What We Are Looking For

1. 7-10 years of professional experience in operations, customer success, program management, or implementation roles

2. Proven ownership of enterprise customer relationships, including reporting to senior executives

3. Experience working day-to-day with engineering and product teams; you can connect the dots between operations staff and engineers

4. Bachelor's in engineering from a reputed institution desired; MBA or MS preferred

5. Total fluency in English, written and spoken; Hindi required

6. Expert with Google Docs and Sheets, Canva, CRM and ticketing systems; you will be tested on these

7. You use AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT in your daily work and can show how; you will be tested on this

8. Strong professional presence

9. Self-directed: you are THE Voicebox person on site; you manage your own week

10. Comfortable with a daily sync (~9:30pm IST) with US leadership, in addition to airport day hours.

11. Based in North Goa

12. Aviation or airport experience is a plus, not a requirement
