Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Location: Branch Office- Sinthee

Job Summary The Junior Accountant will support the accounts department in maintaining financial records, billing, and bookkeeping while also assisting the sales team through telecalling for order follow-ups, distributor communication, and payment reminders.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally / ERP.
- Record purchase, sales, expenses, and payment entries.
- Prepare sales invoices, purchase bills, and e-way bills.
- Call distributors, wholesalers, and retailers to inform about company products and offers.
- Take new notebook orders from retailers and distributors.
- Follow up for pending payments and outstanding bills.




- Maintain a call record and customer database.
- Support the sales team with order confirmation and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with sales officers and distributors for order updates.
- Maintain daily order and dispatch reports.

Key Skills Required
- knowledge of Accounting and Tally
- knowledge of GST billing
- Knowledge about GST Filling
- PF and ESIC Filling via Portal
- Valuable communication skills
- Knowledge of MS Excel
- Ability to maintain records accurately
- Qualification
- B.Com / Commerce Graduate (Preferred)
- Experience in Accounts .

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
