We are looking for an experienced Senior Operations Manager – Admissions to lead student enrolment operations, drive lead-to-admission conversion, and manage a high-performing admissions team.

Responsibilities

- Handle prospective student enquiries through calls, emails, social media, and in-person interactions, providing accurate guidance on courses, eligibility, fee structures, and career progression pathways.
- Manage the complete enquiry-to-enrolment process, including systematic follow-ups to convert qualified leads into confirmed admissions and achieve enrolment targets.
- Develop and implement admission strategies to drive student enrolment and achieve organisational growth objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the admissions team by allocating leads, monitoring performance, and ensuring achievement of admission targets.
- Oversee the complete student onboarding process, including documentation, eligibility verification, fee collection,



and joining formalities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of enquiries and admissions, and prepare regular MIS and performance reports.
- Collaborate with marketing, academic, and accounts teams to ensure a seamless admissions and student onboarding experience.
- Uphold ethical counselling practices by providing accurate information and avoiding unsupported commitments.

Requirements

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, or related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in admissions management, student counselling, business development, or operations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, conversion, and team leadership skills.
- Prior experience in the education/training sector highly preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Timing

Monday to Friday – 9 am to 6 pm

Saturday – 9 am to 5 pm
