Position: Area Sales Manager

Location: Ahmedabad(Remote)

What will you do

- Drive new business acquisition by identifying, qualifying, and converting prospects within your designated territory.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in real estate companies and agencies.
- Understand client pain points and deliver customized CRM solutions through product demos and consultative discussions.
- Collaborate with the Pre-Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Track pipeline health, maintain accurate sales forecasts, and meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Represent Sell.do at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to strategically position Sell.do’s offerings.

What you should bring to the table

- 3–6 years of B2B sales experience,



preferably in SaaS, CRM, or real estate/PropTech domain.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to understand technology products and explain them in business terms.
- Comfortable with frequent travel within the assigned area.
- Self-motivated with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
