We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Marriage Counselor to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will support couples in navigating relationship challenges, improving communication, and building healthier partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct individual and couple counseling sessions
Assess relationship dynamics and identify core issues
Develop structured therapy plans tailored to clients’ needs
Facilitate conflict resolution and communication strategies
Maintain confidential client records and documentation
Provide pre-marital and post-marital counseling support
Conduct workshops or group sessions (if required)
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Psychology / Counseling / Marriage & Family Therapy
Relevant certification or license in counseling (preferred)




2–5 years of experience in marriage or relationship counseling
Strong interpersonal and active listening skills
High emotional intelligence and empathy
Ability to handle sensitive cases with confidentiality and professionalism
Preferred Skills:
Experience with CBT, EFT, or other therapeutic approaches
Ability to work with diverse cultural backgrounds
Fluency in English and Hindi/Marathi (preferred)
