Role Description The Sales Manager Decor is a full-time, on-site role based in Alipur, responsible for driving decor-related sales and ensuring high-quality visual experiences for events. This role involves meeting potential clients, understanding their event themes and budget, and presenting customized decor concepts and packages. The Sales Manager Decor coordinates with the operations, banquet, and design teams to plan layouts, finalize decor elements, and oversee execution to meet client expectations. Daily responsibilities include preparing proposals, managing client follow-ups, conducting venue walkthroughs, maintaining relationships with vendors and partners, and monitoring market trends to enhance decor offerings and upsell services. The role also includes tracking sales performance, preparing reports,



and contributing to promotional activities and marketing initiatives related to decor services.
Qualifications
Proven experience in event decor sales, banquet sales, or hospitality sales, with strong ability to understand client requirements and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Knowledge of event design, themes, floral arrangements, lighting, and layout planning, with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
Good organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to handle multiple events and deadlines simultaneously.
Experience working with cross-functional teams (banquet, operations, vendors) and managing on-site coordination during events.
Comfort with basic office software and tools for proposals, reporting, and client communication; familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
Prior experience in hotels, resorts, or event management companies is preferred, especially in wedding or large event segments.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Hospitality Management, Business, Event Management, or a related field is desirable.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on event schedules.
