About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Architectural Designer / Architect with strong Revit experience to join our multidisciplinary design team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience delivering architectural projects in India across multiple stages—from concept and schematic design through design development, statutory coordination, construction documentation, and construction-stage support.

This is primarily an architectural design and project delivery role, with Revit serving as an integral tool for design development, coordination, documentation, and project delivery. The candidate should demonstrate a strong understanding of architecture, building systems, construction practices, materials, detailing, and multidisciplinary coordination.

The role requires an architect who can translate design intent into coordinated, technically resolved, and construction-ready documentation while working closely with internal design teams, consultants, clients, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

- Participate in the architectural design and development of projects from Concept Design through Construction Documentation and Construction Administration.
- Develop architectural designs, plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules, and other project documentation using Revit.
- Translate conceptual design intent into coordinated and technically resolved architectural solutions.
- Develop and maintain accurate Revit models throughout various stages of project delivery.
- Prepare comprehensive construction documentation / GFC drawing packages, including plans, elevations, sections, enlarged drawings, details, schedules,



and coordinated consultant information.
- Coordinate architectural design with Structural, MEPF, Landscape, Interior, Façade, Sustainability, and other specialist consultants.
- Review consultant drawings and models and identify coordination issues that may affect architectural design or construction.
- Participate in multidisciplinary model reviews and coordination meetings and assist in resolving clashes and design conflicts.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of Indian construction practices, materials, building systems, and project delivery processes.
- Coordinate architectural documentation with applicable Indian building codes, NBC requirements, local development regulations, fire and life-safety requirements, and accessibility standards.
- Assist with statutory and authority-related documentation and incorporate approval requirements into the architectural design.
- Develop technically sound architectural details while maintaining the overall design intent of the project.
- Coordinate drawings, specifications, schedules, and models to maintain consistency across the project documentation.
- Work closely with senior architects and project leaders to meet project quality, programme, and delivery requirements.
- Support projects during the construction phase by responding to RFIs, reviewing shop drawings, coordinating design clarifications, and resolving site-related architectural issues.
- Follow established project standards, Revit protocols, BIM workflows, and quality-control procedures.
- Participate in internal drawing and model reviews to ensure accuracy, completeness, constructability, and coordination before project submissions.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.




- Minimum 3–6 years of professional architectural experience, preferably with established architectural or multidisciplinary design practices.
- Demonstrated experience delivering architectural projects in India across multiple project phases, including Concept, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documentation/GFC, and Construction Administration.
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, with experience using Revit as the primary platform for architectural design development and construction documentation.
- Good working knowledge of AutoCAD; experience with Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)/BIM 360, or similar coordination platforms is advantageous.
- Strong architectural design sensibility combined with sound technical and construction knowledge.
- Experience preparing and coordinating comprehensive construction drawing and GFC packages.
- Good understanding of architectural detailing, materials, finishes, façade systems, waterproofing, building interfaces, and typical construction methodologies used in India.
- Experience coordinating architectural design with Structural and MEPF systems and resolving multidisciplinary coordination issues.
- Working knowledge of the National Building Code (NBC), fire and life-safety requirements, accessibility standards, and relevant local building regulations.
- Ability to read, interpret, and coordinate consultant drawings, specifications, schedules, and technical information.
- Solid understanding of Revit modelling, documentation, families, worksharing, model coordination, and drawing production workflows.
- Familiarity with BIM standards and structured project delivery processes; knowledge of ISO 19650 is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to balance design intent, technical requirements, constructability, coordination, cost, and programme.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced project environment.
