Compensation & Rewards
Annual CTC: ₹4.15 LPA
Monthly CTC: ₹34,000
Approximate Monthly In-Hand Salary: ₹29,000
Performance Linked Incentive (PLI):



₹1,700 per month upon target achievement (eligible from the 3rd month).
Annual PLI: ₹20,000+ (Approx.)
Additional Incentives: As per company policy for exceptional performance.

Work Schedule
5 working days per week
9-hour rotational shifts (including a 1-hour break)
Effective working hours: 8 hours per day
Rotational weekly offs

Eligibility
Undergraduate and Graduate candidates can apply.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Minimum age: 18 years.
Candidates pursuing regular/full-time courses are not eligible.
