Job Description-
Sales Planning
- Delivering as per AOP and monthly targets – Leads, Files, Logins, Disbursals
- Knowledge about Lending products and funnel movement
Distributor Engagement
- BOP presentation, onboarding and regular engagements
- Lead generation activities and relationship management
Operational Effectiveness
- Ability to hold discussions with credit team members of partners
- Ability to assess files as per relevant credit policies
- Adherence to compliance & process requirements
Self-Development
- In-depth understanding of lending products and constant upgrade of the same
- Lead generation tactics and Influencing behaviour
Alignment with stakeholders
- Relationship management with partner SPOCs
- Alignment with in-house ops, marketing and central team members
