Location: CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai
Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, and 1st, 3rd & 4th Saturdays, 10:00 AM - 2:30 PM. (2nd Saturday and all Sundays are weekly offs.)

About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our Finance team at our Mumbai office. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting operations, bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, and Tally ERP. This role primarily focuses on maintaining accurate financial records and supporting day-to-day accounting activities while coordinating with multiple branch offices.

Key Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping: Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
Accounting Entries: Pass journal entries, ledger entries, and routine accounting transactions.
Bank Reconciliation:



Perform timely bank reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
Data Entry: Ensure accurate accounting data entry in Tally ERP.
Financial Records: Maintain organized accounting records and supporting documents.
Branch Coordination: Coordinate accounting activities with branch offices located in Delhi and Nagpur.
Reporting: Assist the reporting manager with routine accounting tasks and financial documentation.
Compliance: Ensure accounting records are maintained as per company policies and accounting standards.

Who We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
4–5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, or related industry.
Hands-on experience with Tally ERP (mandatory).
Positive understanding of bookkeeping, journal entries, ledger management, and bank reconciliation.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial documentation.
Strong attention to detail with good numerical and analytical skills.
Ability to manage routine accounting work efficiently.
