A design-build practice in Bodakdev, Ahmedabad is hiring an Architect with 1.5 to 5 years of skilled experience to contribute to architecture and interior projects across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors. The role involves design development, technical documentation, consultant coordination, and coordinating with the execution team during project delivery to support the implementation of design intent.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural concepts, space planning layouts, and design proposals based on project requirements
- Prepare design development drawings, working drawings, construction drawings, and technical documentation
- Develop technical details and construction documentation required for project execution
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants throughout the design and documentation process
- Collaborate with internal architecture and interior design teams to ensure coordinated project delivery
- Coordinate with the execution team during construction to support the implementation of design intent and resolve technical queries
- Conduct periodic site visits to review project progress, provide design clarifications, and assist in resolving technical coordination issues
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors,



consultants, and project stakeholders throughout different stages of the project
- Review drawings and documentation to ensure accuracy, coordination, and constructability
- Ensure drawings issued for construction remain coordinated with project requirements throughout the execution stage
- Maintain project documentation and support timely delivery across project milestones

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
- 1.5–5 years of professional experience in architecture, design-build, or architecture and interior design projects
- Experience working on residential, commercial, or hospitality projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and architectural visualization software such as Lumion, Enscape, Photoshop, or equivalent tools; familiarity with Revit is preferred
- Experience preparing design development drawings, working drawings, construction drawings, and technical documentation
- Understanding of construction methodologies, building materials, and project execution processes
- Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, vendors, and execution teams during project delivery
- Strong technical documentation, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills

Work Schedule

- Location: Bodakdev, Ahmedabad
- Working days: Monday - Saturday (10:00 AM - 7:30 PM); Alternate Saturdays off
