Sales Staff

Location: Ernakulam, Kerala

We are looking for a friendly, customer-focused, and motivated Sales Staff to join our company dealing in electrical wires, cables, switches, electrical fittings, and related electrical products.. If you enjoy interacting with customers and have positive communication skills, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist customers in selecting the right electrical products based on their requirements.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide accurate product information.
- Follow up on customer enquiries and quotations.
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Support day-to-day showroom operations as required.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.
- Prior experience in retail sales is preferred
- Electrical products knowledge is an advantage
