POSITION:CAD ENGINEER-BIOPROCESS

EXPERIENCE :2-3Years of Experience

LOCATION: BANGALORE

- Utilize CAD software to prepare and update Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID;) in 2D
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of P&IDs; in alignment with project requirements.
- Maintain a library of components and symbols within the CAD software.
- Update and organize the component database to facilitate efficient use in various projects.
- Create detailed Process Flow Diagrams (PFD) in 2D using CAD tools.
- Collaborate with process engineers to accurately represent the flow of materials and information in bio-processing systems.
- Generate and update Block Valve Diagrams in 2D, illustrating the configuration of valves within a system.
- Provide CAD support for both enquiry and execution phases of projects .




- Collaborate with project teams to incorporate design changes and updates into CAD drawings.
- Prepare and maintain change log sheets using CAD tools.
- Document and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders, ensuring proper version control.
- Collaborate closely with process engineers and other team members.
- Implement and maintain a robust document control system for CAD drawings.
- Ensure that updated drawings accurately reflect the current project configuration
