Operations • 24x7 plant operations via SCADA/RMS, daily generation logging, PR and CUF tracking, shift handovers • Forecasting & Scheduling coordination with APSLDC / QCA, DSM deviation management • Grid liaison with APTRANSCO / DISCOM for shutdowns, trippings, meter readings, JMR Preventive & Corrective Maintenance • Plan and execute module cleaning cycles – 24–26 washes/year, water optimization for coastal dust/humidity • Quarterly inverter / transformer / switchyard PM, annual oil BDV, thermography 2x/year, IV curve testing • String health monitoring, fault isolation, cable jointing, module replacement, LOTO / PTW enforcement • Vegetation control, earthing system testing pre-monsoon, lightning protection checks Team & Safety • Lead 2 shift electrical technicians, cleaning crew, security and housekeeping • Daily toolbox talks,



electrical safety as per CEA regulations, PPE compliance, incident reporting • Maintain O&M; logbooks, SOPs, checklists, training records Performance & Commercial • Achieve generation guarantee, plant availability >99%, inverter uptime, low downtime MTTR • Spare parts inventory management, BOQ planning, vendor coordination for warranty claims • Monthly O&M; reports, root cause analysis, performance improvement plans • Statutory: CEIG inspections, factory license, energy meter calibration, insurance coordination

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
