Relationship Manager

We are looking for Relationship Managers to build and preserve trusting relationships with our members.

Key Responsibilities

- Acting as the main point of contact for the regions, and provide assistance to meet members’ needs

- Developing the membership strategy

- Identifying and setting up meetings with potential new members, unions and groups

- Preparing promotional material and marketing campaigns to attract new members

- Preparing and making presentations

- Taking part in events to promote the work of Sayas Cooperative

- Working closely internally to identify needs and services that can be shared to the benefit of members

- Collecting and sending membership forms & cheques





- Helping members to register themselves online and apply for services

Qualification required

- Minimum 10 years of experience in Social Work

- Experience in or with member driven organisations is preferred

- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Marathi, Hindi & English

- Basic computer skills in Microsoft Powerpoint, Word and Excel

- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills with ability to function in a multicultural environment

- Solid communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships

- Ability to work well with others and lead a team

- Ready to travel anywhere in Maharashtra

- Must be self-motivated, flexible and able to manage several jobs at one time
