Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated OT Staff Nurse. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical expertise and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced healthcare workplace, particularly in the operation theatre setting.

Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Care

- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Monitor vital signs and promptly report abnormalities to doctors.
- Provide patient education and ensure effective communication.
- Maintain infection control and patient safety standards.
- Assist in admission, transfer, and discharge processes.

Operation Theatre Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain the operation theatre for surgical procedures.
- Assist surgeons and anesthetists during operations.
- Ensure all surgical instruments and equipment are sterile and ready.




- Follow strict aseptic and infection control protocols.
- Handle surgical instruments and supplies efficiently.
- Monitor patients during and after surgery in coordination with the team.
- Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient records.

Team Collaboration

- Coordinate with doctors, surgeons, anesthetists, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and ethical standards.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient records.
- Support smooth functioning of the unit.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹39,596.07 per month
