Current Product Development (NPD)

- Coordinate with design, production, quality, and sales teams for new product development activities.

- Understand customer requirements and support feasibility analysis.

- Prepare BOMs, product specifications, technical documentation, and costing sheets.

- Track NPD project timelines and ensure timely execution.

- Assist in prototype development, testing, and validation.

- Maintain NPD records, reports, and documentation.

- Support continuous improvement and value engineering initiatives.

Tendering Proposal Management

- Review RFQs, tenders, and documents from customers.

- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and tender submissions.

- Coordinate with internal departments for technical specifications, pricing, and compliance documents.

- Ensure timely submission of tenders with accurate documentation.

- Maintain tender databases, bid status reports, and customer records.

- Analyse tender requirements, terms, and conditions.

- Follow up with customers regarding Quote clarification and order status.
