Position: Senior SAP IBP with APO Functional Consultant

Exp: 7-10 Years

Location: Hyderabad

Role & responsibilities.

Act as primary escalation points for SAP APO and IBP support issues.
Lead or manage a small team of AMS support and provide guidence and coaching to the team mebers.
Drive resolution of complex functional or integration issues across IBP and other systems.
Manage planning area configuration, key figure logic, planning operators, and Excel UI templates.
Oversee data integration pipelines (CPI-DS/SDI) and ensure end-to-end data flow health from S/4HANA or ECC.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand pain points and proactively improve planning solution performance.
Coordinate planning calendar events (monthly/weekly planning cycles), data loads,



simulations, and forecast runs.
Familiarity with Food and Beverages industry is preferred however not required.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to key figures, planning operators, planning views, and Excel Add-in.
Maintain and optimize time series configuration, including key figure calculations, planning levels, and attributes.
Monitor and manage data integration using CPI-DS / SDI, ensuring timely and accurate data flows from S/4HANA, ECC, or external sources.
Support master data issues (e.g., product-location, customer, location, source of supply).
Handle weekly/daily planning runs, operator scheduling, and job monitoring.
Collaborate with business users and planners to troubleshoot simulation and forecast discrepancies.
Work with business users to facilitate them with regular operational activities and improve the solution by continuous improvement efforts.
