Job Description :Operations cum Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a agile and responsible Operations cum Marketing Executive to oversee daily hospital operations and support marketing activities. The candidate will coordinate between departments, ensure smooth patient services, and help increase patient engagement through marketing and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily OPD/IPD operations
- Ensure smooth patient registration, billing, and discharge processes
- Maintain coordination with doctors, nurses, pharmacy, lab, and front office
- Handle patient queries and complaints professionally
- Monitor hospital cleanliness, safety, and service quality
- Prepare operational reports and maintain records
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures

Marketing & Business Development

- Promote hospital services and healthcare packages
- Organize medical camps, awareness programs, and outreach activities
- Develop relationships with clinics, doctors, corporates,



and insurance providers
- Support digital marketing and social media promotions
- Follow up on patient enquiries and referrals
- Assist in branding and promotional campaigns
- Analyze patient feedback and market trends

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA/Hospital Administration qualification preferred

Experience

- Fresher or 1–3 years of experience in hospital operations or healthcare marketing preferred
