About the Role

Technogen India is seeking a creative and strategic Senior Content Writer & Strategist to develop compelling content that strengthens brand presence, drives engagement, and supports business growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT services, B2B technology marketing, corporate communications, or creative agencies and a proven ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality case studies, technical blogs, success stories, and use cases by collaborating with technical teams and Centers of Excellence (CoEs).
- Manage and maintain content calendars for social media platforms, primarily LinkedIn.
- Develop engaging social media content, ad copies, email campaigns, brochures, pitch decks, banners, and other marketing collateral for domestic and US audiences.
- Write SEO-optimized content to improve organic visibility while maintaining an authentic and engaging tone.
- Collaborate with designers, marketing teams, leadership, and global stakeholders to execute impactful campaigns.




- Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, consistency, readability, and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Use AI-powered tools to support research and content ideation while maintaining originality and quality.
- Analyze content performance and engagement metrics and recommend optimization strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
- 5–9 years of experience in content writing, content strategy, corporate communications, or digital marketing.
- Strong expertise in B2B technology content, social media marketing, and SEO.
- Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into transparent, engaging content.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Experience working with senior leadership and international teams.

Preferred

- Experience in IT services, cloud, AI, data, cybersecurity, or digital transformation domains.
- Familiarity with content analytics, marketing automation, and AI tools.
