- Financial Reporting: Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
- Accounting Operations: Managing day-to-day accounting, payroll, and payment processes.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Preparing budgets, tracking variances, and forecasting future financial performance.
- Internal Controls & Audits: Establishing internal controls, implementing financial policies, and managing internal/external audits.
- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with government tax regulations and financial laws.
- Team Leadership: Supervising the accounting staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting,CA, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Financial Controller, Accounting Manager, or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹558,822.84 per year
