We are looking for a TPA Executive at Jammu Hosipital, Jalandhar

Experience- 1 year and above

Skills-

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in handling various TPA portals and managing data without billing discrepancies.
- Soft Skills: Solid communication, conflict resolution, analytical thinking, and the ability to handle high-pressure or emergency cases.

Role and Responsibilities-

- Gather discharge summaries, bills, and medical reports from doctors.
- Send pre-authorization forms to insurers for cashless treatment approvals.
- Upload completed claim files to TPA and insurance portals.
- Answer medical or billing questions raised by insurance companies.
- Monitor and follow up on pending payments and claim settlements.
- Expertise in navigating various insurance and TPA web portals.
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and coding.
- Clear verbal skills to explain complex terms to stressed families.
