Key Responsibilities

- Responsible for in-housing export-quality fabric received from various vendors against appropriate sales orders.
- Conduct fabric inspection on delivered materials to ensure quality standards are met.
- Verify and process delivered materials against purchase orders, process loss, and tolerance limits.
- Coordinate necessary actions for proper material in-housing and inventory updates.
- Issue fabric materials for further production and processing activities.
- Handle billing and related documentation processes.
- Support the CAD team in issuing materials to the cutting department.
- Maintain accurate records of fabric receipts, inspections, stock movement, and dispatches. Coordinate with vendors, stores, production, and quality teams for smooth operations.

Requirements





- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Textile, Fashion, or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in fabric/store management or textile operations.
- Knowledge of fabric inspection and quality standards.
- Familiarity with sales orders, purchase orders, process loss, and tolerance calculations.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel/ERP systems.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production workplace.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
