Role Purpose

We are looking for an Infrastructure / Network Engineer with strong hands-on networking experience to support and maintain our IT infrastructure. The primary focus of this role is network stability, security, and performance across cloud and hybrid environments. Cloud and other infrastructure skills are important, but networking expertise is essential.

Key ResponsibilitiesNetworking (Core Requirement)

- Own and manage network infrastructure across cloud and hybrid environments
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot firewalls, load balancers, VPNs, routing, and network security
- Monitor network performance and proactively resolve connectivity and security issues
- Plan and manage network capacity, redundancy, and performance optimisation
- Ensure network configurations meet security and compliance standards (ISO27001, GDPR)

Cloud & Infrastructure (Secondary)

- Support cloud environments on Microsoft Azure and Rackspace
- Assist with cloud migrations, infrastructure upgrades, and legacy system decommissioning
- Configure and maintain cloud resources such as VMs, storage, and networking components
- Support deployments and releases across multiple environments

Monitoring, Data & Support

- Monitor infrastructure and security alerts and take corrective action
- Ensure data backups are completed, tested, and documented
- Provide Level 2 infrastructure support through a helpdesk system within SLAs




- Maintain technical documentation and change records

Projects & Collaboration

- Work closely with developers, QA, DevOps, and project teams in an Agile environment
- Support infrastructure improvement projects and workplace builds
- Assist with database backups, restores, and script deployments

Required Skills (Must Have)

- Strong hands-on networking experience (mandatory)
- Firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, routing, network security
- Linux administration (Level 2)
- Networking troubleshooting in production environments
- Scripting basics: PowerShell / Bash / Terraform
- Experience supporting systems with SLAs

Good to Have

- Microsoft Azure cloud administration
- Windows Server administration
- Azure AD B2C
- Databases: SQL / MySQL / Neo4j
- DevOps tools: Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins
- Exposure to ISO27001 environments

Experience

- Proven experience in network-focused infrastructure roles
- Exposure to cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments
- Experience working with cross-functional technology teams

Qualifications

- Degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent hands-on experience
- Azure certification or networking certifications preferred
- ITIL / RHCE / cloud certifications are a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
