We are looking for a highly experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to lead and manage end-to-end financial operations in a fast-growing real estate organization. This role demands strong expertise in taxation, compliance, financial strategy, and stakeholder management, along with the ability to drive business performance and financial discipline.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead GST, TDS, and ESIC compliance including filings, reconciliations, and audits
- Oversee financial reporting, MIS, and monthly/quarterly closures
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Manage banking relationships, funding, loan processing, and coordination with DSAs/NBFCs
- Conduct project costing, profitability analysis, and financial planning
- Ensure accurate books of accounts and compliance with statutory requirements
- Lead internal & statutory audits and ensure timely completion
- Monitor cash flow, financial risks,



and implement control measures
- Provide strategic financial insights to support management decisions

Key Requirements

- Qualified CA with 10+ years of experience (Real Estate preferred)
- Strong command over GST, TDS, ESIC, and taxation laws
- Expertise in Tally/ERP and advanced MS Excel
- Proven experience in handling banks, NBFCs & financial institutions
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
