Key Responsibilities :-

- Perform incoming, in-process, and final product inspections.
- Ensure products with engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, dial indicators, and gauges accurately.
- Record inspection results and maintain quality documentation.
- Identify non-conforming products and initiate corrective actions.
- Prepare inspection reports and communicate quality issues to production teams.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality procedures.
- Maintain calibration records for measuring instruments.
- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, and Stores departments to improve product quality.
- Promote workplace safety and 5S practices.

Required Qualifications :-

- Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.

Experience:-

- 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing industry (freshers may be considered for junior roles).
