Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and independent Travel Consultant with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in the Travel & Tourism industry. The ideal candidate is a pro at Amadeus GDS, capable of managing the full lifecycle of a booking—from creating custom package itineraries to handling complex ticketing re-issues.

In this role, you will take ownership of both domestic and international operations, drive package sales, negotiate with vendors, and provide mentorship to junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

- Amadeus Management: Independently manage Domestic & International ticketing. Handle issuance, refunds, revalidation, and complex fare rules without supervision.
- Package Sales: Handle end-to-end inquiries for Holiday Packages (FIT & Groups), ensuring high conversion rates.
- Itinerary Planning: Design customized, appealing itineraries with accurate costings tailored to client budgets.
- Vendor Negotiation: Liaise effectively with hotels, airlines, and DMCs to secure competitive rates and maximize profit margins.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance and operational support to junior team members; review their work to ensure accuracy.
- Client Support:



Resolve escalated client issues, ensure timely closures, and provide excellent post-travel support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of active experience in a Travel Agency or Tour Operator environment.
- GDS Proficiency: Strong, proven command of Amadeus (Fares, Rules, Ticketing) is mandatory.
- Operational Knowledge: Sound knowledge of airline policies, visa regulations, and supplier handling.
- Soft Skills: Excellent client-handling, negotiation, and communication skills.

Work Ethic: Solid follow-up abilities, time management, and the ability to work under pressure to meet sales targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
