We are hiring a General Manager – Sales for a rapid-growing organization that delivers premium wellness solutions across hospitality, commercial, and institutional clients.
Location: Bengaluru
Experience: 6–8 Years
CTC: 12 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
Drive business development and revenue growth across assigned territories.
Build and manage relationships with hospitality clients, architects, consultants, builders, and channel partners.
Identify new business opportunities and manage the complete sales cycle.
Lead negotiations, prepare commercial proposals, and close high-value deals.
Develop strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Preferred Profile:




6–8 years of B2B sales experience in wellness, premium building products, HVAC, hospitality solutions, luxury sanitaryware, spa & wellness, or other high-value project sales.
Strong network within the hospitality, real estate, architecture, or project sales ecosystem is preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Willingness to travel for client meetings.
