NSEG Private Limited is looking for a confident, detail-oriented, and English-speaking Sales Coordinator to support our Australia-facing sales operations.

You will play a key role in supporting the sales process by communicating with Australian customers, coordinating follow-ups, maintaining CRM records, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with Australian customers and prospects through outbound calls.
- Understand customer requirements and assist them with appropriate information and solutions.
- Coordinate sales activities and ensure timely follow-ups with customers.
- Maintain regular communication via phone and email to nurture customer relationships.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Track leads, follow-up schedules, and sales pipeline activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
- Prepare and maintain sales-related reports and documentation.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and professional communication.




- Support the sales team in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.

Candidate Profile

- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling abilities.
- Professional telephone etiquette and active listening skills.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and CRM systems.

- Willingness to work from the office.
