What you'll do
* Edit raw footage into finished 15-30 second reels that feel calm, warm and restorative.
* Cut for slow, considered pacing - average shot length 1.5-3 seconds, room to breathe, no machine-gun
cuts.
* Design soft sound: ambient, instrumental or lo-fi, with real-world texture (paper, brush, breath) layered
low.
* Grade warm and natural - creamy whites, soft shadows, never heavy contrast.
* Add type sparingly and on-brand (Belkin headings, Akatab body, brand palette only - no drop shadows).
* Use gentle transitions only - cross-dissolves, soft fades, match-cuts. No whips, glitches or zoom
punches.




* End every cut on a calm, branded frame and keep the edit minimal.
What we're looking for
* Strong portfolio of short-form edits - send 3-5 reels you personally edited.
* Excellent taste and restraint - you know when to stop, not just what to add.
* Proficient in a pro editor (Premiere Pro / CapCut / DaVinci or similar).
