Job Summary Lingam Metal Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Production Manager / Structural Engineer to lead structural steel fabrication and production operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in structural steel fabrication, production planning, Tekla Structures, quality control, and project execution , ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities Plan, organize, and manage daily production and fabrication activities.
Lead structural steel fabrication and shop floor operations.
Ensure production targets and project milestones are achieved within timelines.
Supervise fabrication, assembly, and quality inspection of structural steel components.
Optimize manpower, machinery,



and material utilization for maximum productivity.
Review structural drawings, fabrication drawings, and shop drawings.
Prepare and verify Material Take-Offs (MTO), BOQs, and production schedules.
Coordinate with design, procurement, QA/QC, and project execution teams.
Ensure fabrication and erection activities comply with project specifications and quality standards.
Resolve technical issues related to fabrication, detailing, and site execution.
Monitor production reports, inventory, and daily progress.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company HSE policies.
