Account Management & Client Relationship Management ( 2 to 5 yrs )
Manage and nurture existing client accounts by understanding and gathering current and future resource requirements.
Conduct weekly meetings with clients, Team Leaders, Service Delivery Heads, and key stakeholders to discuss resource planning, project updates, and business requirements.
Collect, interpret, and maintain account-related data, including joiners, replacements, resignations, and resource movements.
Develop and execute account farming strategies to increase business opportunities and strengthen existing client relationships.
Build and maintain robust working relationships with Service Delivery Heads, Team Leaders, and onsite employees to ensure high customer satisfaction and engagement.
Obtain and track monthly and quarterly hiring projections, workforce plans, and business forecasts from client stakeholders.
Identify and pursue additional business opportunities within existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
