We are hiring for Manager - Accounts Payable for our Mumbai location. This is a 5 day work from office opportunity with general shifts(10 am - 6 pm). Please see below the job description and qualifications required for the same.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, specifically accounts payable and invoice processing
- 8+ years of experience in finance, accounting, cost management with at least 3 years in a people management role.
- Strong understanding of financial processes, vendor management, and operational cost controls.
- Proven experience in team management, client relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and service delivery management.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial and operational data and drive actionable insights.
- Experience in process improvement, quality management, and implementation of operational controls and governance frameworks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and ERP/airline systems, with excellent communication,



leadership, and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee accounts payable operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of services.
- Manage client relationships by serving as the primary point of contact, understanding business needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Analyze operational and financial data to identify cost optimization opportunities and drive business performance.
- Monitor service quality, productivity, and key performance indicators to meet contractual and operational targets.
- Drive continuous process improvements, operational efficiency, and implementation of best practices.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues, manage escalations, and support strategic initiatives.
- Develop and mentor teams through coaching, training, and performance management to build a high-performing workforce.
