Job Description

- Solid training experience in Python, Power BI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning with TensorFlow, NLP (NLTK, spaCy), Generative AI (Transformer Models, Hugging Face), Agentic AI (LangChain, LangGraph, Vector Databases), and PySpark.
- Hands-on programming experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deployment of ML models on the cloud.
- Strong debugging, communication, and interpersonal skills with a self-starter attitude.
- Experience training graduate engineers, working professionals, corporate freshers, and lateral hires.
- Conduct college workshops and technical training programmes.
- Develop technical content, assessments, evaluations, and hands-on projects.
- Expertise in delivering multiple in-house and corporate training programmes with a proven track record of quality delivery.
- Develop course content and training materials based on client and business requirements.
- Create practical, hands-on projects and mentor large groups of learners.
- Understand corporate client requirements and deliver customised training programmes.
- Experience across all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.




- Manage the complete training lifecycle, including training needs analysis, course development, implementation, delivery, monitoring, and evaluation.
- Ensure high-quality training delivery and learner satisfaction.
- Set expectations with project teams and provide timely feedback.
- Mentor, coach, and manage developer and trainer resources.
- Provide technical guidance and programming direction to a team of trainers.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in B2B inside sales/tele-sales.
- Knowledge of CRM, MS Office, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator preferred.
- Strong lead generation and objection handling skills.
