- Monitor network, service, and application platforms using enterprise monitoring tools.
- Detect, acknowledge, and correlate alarms/events while performing initial triage and impact assessment.
• Create, manage, and maintain incident tickets with accurate severity classification, timelines, and documentation.
• Troubleshoot network and service issues across routing, switching, access point, and application layers.
• Coordinate and manage P1/P2 incidents, including bridge calls, stakeholder communication, and status updates.
• Escalate incidents to appropriate internal teams, vendors, and leadership to ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimize service impact and restore services efficiently.
• Ensure adherence to operational processes, SLAs, and incident management best practices.
• Maintain accurate operational records and contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives.
• Support network stability and service availability through proactive monitoring and incident prevention activities.

Preferred candidate profile :
Any skill certification like CCNA, juniper( Routing & switching) and FortiGate and Palo alto
38 years of experience in Telecom, ISP, or Network Operations Center (NOC) environments.
Strong understanding of IP Networking, Routing, and Switching concepts.
Hands-on experience with network monitoring, fault management, incident management, and ticketing tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience working in Telecom/ISP NOC operations.
Robust incident management and troubleshooting mindset.
Customer-focused with excellent communication and coordination skills.
