Within that, the innovation function develops current client offerings, self-service tools, and AI agents, as well as identifying and building new ways to improve how the team works. This role contributes to that innovation remit across the full product lifecycle, from scoping and prototyping through to production delivery.

Roles and Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities
- Design and build AI-integrated web applications, including conversational interfaces and agentic workflows powered by large language model APIs
- Develop and maintain client-facing and internally-embedded web tools across multiple concurrent workstreams
- Convert early-stage prototypes and AI-generated outputs into compliant, production-ready web experiences
- Collaborate with UX designers, video creators, and project managers to translate requirements into working software
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog triage, and technical scoping sessions
- Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and handover materials as part of standard project practice
