Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Product Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and delivery of payment products and initiatives across global markets. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, external partners, and engineering organizations to build innovative payment experiences that drive business growth and customer value.

The ideal candidate will possess strong product management expertise, payments domain knowledge, analytical thinking, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable product solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for payment products and services.
- Conduct market, competitive, and customer research to identify opportunities, trends, and emerging technologies.
- Develop business cases, investment proposals, and product strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, business teams, and engineering partners to gather, prioritize, and refine product requirements.
- Create and maintain product documentation including requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and process maps.




- Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management from ideation through launch and post-launch optimization.
- Partner with engineering and delivery teams to ensure product solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality expectations.
- Monitor product performance using KPIs and analytics to drive continuous improvement and data-informed decision-making.
- Communicate product vision, priorities, and progress effectively to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and business growth.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends, regulatory requirements, payments innovations, and competitive offerings.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including payment processors, partners, and third-party vendors.

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of Product Management experience, with a strong preference for experience in the Payments, FinTech, Financial Services, or E-commerce industries.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Robust understanding of payment ecosystems, including card acquiring, authorization, settlement, payment gateways, processors, and transaction processing.




- Experience working with Agile methodologies and cross-functional product delivery teams.
- Demonstrated ability to define product roadmaps, write detailed requirements, and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with experience leveraging data to drive product decisions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in global, cross-functional, and multicultural environments.
- Proficiency with product management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, or similar platforms.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with alternative payment methods (APMs), digital wallets, real-time payments, or cross-border payment solutions.
- Knowledge of payment regulations, compliance frameworks, and risk management practices.
- Experience working with APIs, integrations, and modern payment platforms.
- MBA or relevant product management certifications are a plus.
