• Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Operations Intern to join our team.

This role offers hands-on exposure to both sales and operational functions, providing an

excellent prospect to learn client engagement, lead generation, and process management. The

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Support: Assist in lead generation, client outreach, and follow-ups.

• Client Engagement: Participate in meetings, maintain communication, and support relationship

management.

• Operations Management: Maintain sheets, reports, and documentation for ongoing projects.

• Vendor Coordination: Support collaboration with vendors and partners to ensure timely

deliverables.

• Process Improvement:



Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and contribute

suggestions.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with founders and cross-functional teams to align sales and

operational strategies.

• Learning & Adaptability: Quickly grasp new tools and processes, proactively contributing to

assigned tasks.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of tools and technologies used in operations tasks (e.g., MS Excel, CRM systems, HRMS, ERP tools, project management software).

• Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities independently.

• Quick learner with a proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).

• Candidate with prior internship experience in sales/operations.

• Good knowledge of sales processes and operational workflows.
