Role & responsibilities:

Tendring / Bid Management / Cost Estimation - Power Distribution

Review tender documents and verify compliance with internal quality standards. o Conduct pre-submission checks for accuracy, completeness, and formatting. o Track deviations, risks, and ensure alignment with tendering SOPs. o Coordinate with Bid Managers to ensure timely receipt of all required documents. o Maintain documentation records, templates, and quality checklists. o Ensure consistency in technical/commercial submissions across all bids. o Support process improvements and contribute to strengthening tendering QA frameworks. o Co-ordinate with Marketing team to draw critical checkpoints & enhance bid quality.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate from Mumbai or willing to relocate to Mumbai only apply

Solid understanding of tender workflows, documentation standards, and compliance. o Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify errors or inconsistencies. o Good coordination and communication skills. o Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel. o Organized, systematic, and capable of managing multiple submissions under deadlines. o Exposure to Domestic as well as International Tendering.
