- Operation of Blasting equipment as per standards.
- Preventive maintenance and StBIa test of Blasting equipments as per standards.
- Independently do fixture maintenance, Disposal
- Inspection of blasted parts, fixtures machine parts to ensure right quality is achieved.
- Follow process as per standards (QMS,EMS,Internal operation standards)
- Communicate to shift leader quality engineer in case of issues.
- Update documents for the activities conducted.
- Adhere to and ensure everyone in the department follows all safety requirements
- Involve, suggest and implement HSE, 5S, OOE cost reduction plans
- Oversee failures and involve in implementation of preventive actions and corrective actions for internal and external complaints.
Required education, experience, knowledge
- University degree / diploma / ITI / 12th in science/ engineering.
- Fresh candidate / experienced in mechanical/service industry/Cutting tools/Forming tools background
- Knowledge of Forming tool/cutting tool industry and process.
- Customer oriented approach.
- Positive English communication (Write and read) / local language and team player
- Expertise in problem solving techniques
