Roles and Responsibilities

- Design and deliver training programs for sales teams to enhance their skills in product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service.

- Conduct need analysis to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training solutions.

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive learning management system (LMS) to track employee progress and performance.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication of training objectives and outcomes.

- Provide coaching support to trainers on best practices in delivery, analysis, and evaluation of training programs.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5-10 years of experience in Sales Training or related field.

- Robust understanding of Learning & Development principles, including TNA (Training Needs Analysis), TTI (Train the Trainer), OJT (On-the-job Training).

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to analyze data from various sources (e.g., LMS reports) to inform decision-making.
