Job Description Summary

At PwC, our people in business application consulting specialise in consulting services for a variety of business applications, helping clients optimise operational efficiency. These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As a SAP consulting generalist at PwC, you will focus on providing consulting services across various SAP applications to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of SAP applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

- Implementation Configuration: Configure and customize SAP QM module based on business requirements. Implement QM processes such as Quality Planning, Inspection Planning, Quality Inspection, Quality Control Notifications. Define and maintain: Inspection types, Sampling procedures, MIC (Master Inspection Characteristics), Catalogs code groups. Set up quality certificates and audit management.
- Business Process Integration: Integrate SAP QM with other modules: MM (Materials Management) Incoming inspection; PP (Production Planning) In-process inspection; SD (Sales Distribution) Customer returns complaints; EWM/WM Warehouse quality processes. Support cross-functional workflows for defect handling and corrective actions.
- Testing Validation: Prepare test cases and execute: Unit Testing (UT); Integration Testing (IT); User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Troubleshoot defects and ensure system stability.




- Business Support Enhancements: Provide L2/L3 support for QM-related incidents. Analyze business requirements and propose enhancements. Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
- Documentation: Prepare functional specifications, process documents, and training materials. Maintain configuration documentation and SOPs.
- Training Stakeholder Management: Conduct end-user training sessions. Coordinate with business users, SAP teams, and external vendors. Ensure smooth rollout and user adoption.
