Junior Front-End Developer React & Redux

Role Summary:
Front-end developer to implement UI features, fix bugs, and support the team building React/Redux applications. Learn best practices, write clean code, and collaborate with designers and backend engineers and to design, build and maintain high-quality web applications using React and Redux. Must be proficient with both TypeScript (TSX) and JavaScript (JSX), deliver performant, accessible, and maintainable UI,

Key Responsibilities:
Implement UI components and pages using React and Redux under guidance.
Work in TSX/JSX codebases; write transparent, maintainable JavaScript/TypeScript.
Convert Figma/Designs into responsive HTML/CSS.Build and maintain complex, responsive UIs using React and Redux (hooks, middleware, async flows).
Develop components in both TSX (TypeScript) and JSX (JavaScript) as required by codebase.
Design and implement reusable component libraries and design-system components.




Collaborate with UX/UI designers to convert Figma/Sketch prototypes into pixel perfect implementations.
Implement state management, client-side routing, form handling, and data fetching patterns.
Write unit and integration tests (Jest, React Testing Library), enforce code quality and conduct code reviews.
Optimize performance (rendering, bundling, lazy loading) and ensure accessibility (WCAG) compliance.
Integrate front-end with REST/GraphQL APIs and handle error states, caching and offline patterns as needed. Write unit tests (Jest/React Testing Library) and assist in end-to-end testing. Debug UI issues, optimize basic performance, and follow accessibility guidelines.
Participate in code reviews, sprint ceremonies and task estimations.
Collaborate with backend teams to integrate REST APIs.
Version control with Git and basic command-line usage.
Eagerness to learn, good communication, and team collaboration.

Nice-to-have :
TypeScript experience, CSS preprocessors (Sass/LESS) or CSS-in-JS.
Exposure to build tools (Webpack/Vite), testing frameworks.
Basic understanding of web accessibility (WCAG) and performance optimizations.

Nice-to-have:
Exposure to backend basics (Node.js/Springboot) and cloud deployments.
