Job Title: Microsoft Power Platform Developer

Location: Remote
Engagement Type: Fulltime
Shift Timing: US EST Shift 6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Developer to join our team on a consulting basis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and deploying solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform suite, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and US-based stakeholders to deliver high-quality business solutions aligned with project goals and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and customize applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven)
- Automate business processes using Power Automate and integrate with other Microsoft and third-party applications
- Develop and publish interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI
- Work with Dataverse, SharePoint, and other data sources for solution development
- Perform solution architecture, requirement gathering, and technical documentation
- Troubleshoot, debug,



and optimize existing solutions
- Collaborate with US-based teams during EST shift hours for requirement analysis, demos, and reviews
- Ensure solutions comply with governance, security, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse)
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and integration points
- Experience with data modeling, connectors, and APIs
- Familiarity with Azure services, security roles, and environment management
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Solid communication skills for working with international teams in a remote setup

Preferred Qualifications:

- Microsoft certifications such as Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate, or equivalent
- Experience with Dynamics 365 integrations
- Prior experience working in US EST shift
