About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic Business Development Manager to drive B2B sales for our HRMS & Workforce Automation platform. The role involves acquiring new clients, conducting product demos, and closing enterprise SaaS deals with growing businesses (50–500 employees).
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new B2B clients.
- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct product demonstrations and understand client requirements.
- Present proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and sales pipeline.
- Meet monthly revenue and client acquisition targets.
Required Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B/Enterprise Sales.
- Experience in SaaS, HR Tech, Payroll, ERP, CRM, or IT Services preferred.
- Experience selling to HR Heads, Business Owners, and Operations Heads.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable with field sales and client meetings.
