Your new role

As our new PV Compliance Senior Professional, you will join the QPPV Office PV Excellence team, supporting and quality system activities at our Headquarters. You will work with a degree of independence on defined tasks while collaborating closely with experienced colleagues and stakeholders across the global Novo Nordisk organisation.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing administrative and operational support to the QPPV Office, including maintenance of local and/or global PSMFs, updates to SOPs and Work Instructions, and logistics for QPPV Oversight meetings
- Supporting implementation of KPIs, SOPs, and QMS activities, including compiling Quality KPI data for reporting and contributing to compliance reporting
- Representing Novo Nordisk in internal working groups and delivering relevant PV training in HQ and affiliates when needed
- Contributing to optimisation initiatives that strengthen our pharmacovigilance quality framework

You will join the QPPV Office PV Excellence team within Global Patient Safety the team re-sponsible for ensuring Novo Nordisk's pharmacovigilance system meets the highest standards of compliance and quality across all geographies. We work closely with affiliates, health authorities, and stakeholders across RD, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and Legal, and you will play an active role in connecting these dots to keep patient safety at the centre of everything we do.
