Job Description

We are looking for experienced Erection & Commissioning Engineers to execute Water Treatment Plant (WTP) and Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) projects across India. The candidate will be responsible for installation, erection, testing, commissioning, site execution, contractor management, customer coordination, and project reporting.

Candidates with experience in Industrial Water Treatment, Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), RO Plants, UF Systems, MBR, MBBR, Clarifiers, Filtration Systems, and Process Equipment will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute erection, installation, testing, and commissioning of WTP & WWTP projects.
- Manage day-to-day site execution activities and ensure timely project completion.
- Supervise contractors, vendors, and subcontractors at site.
- Coordinate with customers, consultants, and internal project teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Prepare daily site reports, commissioning reports, and project documentation.
- Attend customer meetings and provide regular project updates.
- Troubleshoot installation and commissioning issues at site.
- Support successful project handover after commissioning.

Qualifications

- ITI / Diploma / B.E. (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, Environmental, or related disciplines)

Experience

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in installation and commissioning of WTP, WWTP, STP, or ETP projects.
- Experience in EPC or turnkey water treatment projects is preferred.

Travel Requirement

- Must be willing to travel extensively and work at project sites anywhere in India.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Strong technical knowledge of water and wastewater treatment systems.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to independently handle site execution and commissioning.
- Customer-focused with robust problem-solving abilities.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods and male candidates will be preferred.
