Job Requirements :
- 12-20 years of experience in software engineering management or related field.
- Robust expertise in artificial intelligence, particularly generative AI (AGENTIC AI) architecture.
- Proficiency in Java programming language and familiarity with retrieval augmented generation (RAG).
- Experience working on large language models such as transformers or similar technologies.
