Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding higher education opportunities in Australia, Recent Zealand, Canada, the UK, USA and other destinations.
- Understand students' academic background, career aspirations, and financial profile to recommend suitable universities and courses.
- Handle walk in enquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails and online leads.
- Convert enquiries into applications and enrolments.
- Explain admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, visa requirements, and post-study opportunities.




- Guide students through the complete admission process, including application submission and documentation.
- Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure timely processing of applications.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and student applications in the CRM.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents throughout the admission journey.
- Achieve monthly counselling and enrolment targets.
- Participate in education fairs, seminars, school visits, webinars, and promotional events.
- Stay updated on university admission requirements, visa regulations, and market trends.
