Technical Delivery Manager - Salesforce & CRM Integrations

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of Salesforce-based solutions, CRM integrations, and enterprise-scale technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Salesforce technologies, including Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC), along with proven experience managing cross-functional engineering teams and complex integration programs.
This role requires a combination of technical leadership, delivery management, stakeholder collaboration, and hands-on understanding of enterprise integrations within the healthcare domain.

Key Responsibilities
Delivery Management
Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce and CRM-related technology initiatives.
Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and delivery commitments.
Drive successful execution of Agile development processes and release planning.
Ensure delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.
Monitor project progress and proactively address delivery risks and escalations.
Manage multiple concurrent projects and integration workstreams.
Salesforce & CRM Leadership
Oversee development and implementation of Salesforce-based solutions.
Provide guidance on Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce integrations, and platform best practices.
Collaborate with Architects and Engineering Leads to define scalable technical solutions.
Support CRM platform enhancements, integrations, and modernization initiatives.
Ensure alignment of Salesforce solutions with organizational goals.
Integration & Technical Oversight
Lead enterprise integration projects involving CRM, APIs, middleware, and external systems.
Drive technical discussions around REST APIs, microservices architecture,



and system interoperability.
Review integration designs and implementation approaches.
Support API troubleshooting and debugging activities using tools such as CURL, Postman, and related technologies.
Ensure secure, scalable, and reliable integration patterns are implemented.
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Leadership
Coordinate technical delivery across Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, Architects, and Business teams.
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teams.
Manage stakeholder expectations through regular communication and status reporting.
Facilitate decision-making and resolve cross-functional delivery issues.
Drive collaboration across geographically distributed teams.
Team Management
Lead and mentor engineering teams across development, QA, and integration functions.
Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and career development discussions.
Support hiring, onboarding, and team growth initiatives.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Technical Requirements

Strong experience with Salesforce platform development and delivery.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
8-12+ years of experience in software delivery, technical program management, or engineering leadership roles.
Proven experience delivering Salesforce and CRM-based solutions.
Strong expertise in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Experience managing large-scale integration projects and enterprise implementations.
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional engineering teams.
Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, and integration frameworks.
Hands-on experience with CURL, Postman, and API troubleshooting methodologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Healthcare, Health Insurance, or Payer domain.
Exposure to healthcare platforms and workflows.
Experience managing distributed or offshore engineering teams.
Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer, Application Architect, Integration Architect, etc.).
Agile certifications such as Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe.
